Object Detection

A computer vision task that identifies and locates objects within an image, drawing bounding boxes around each one.

Definition

A computer vision task that identifies and locates objects within an image, drawing bounding boxes around each one. YOLO (You Only Look Once) made real-time detection practical. Used in autonomous driving, surveillance, manufacturing inspection, and augmented reality. Much harder than simple classification.
